Care you can plan for — without financial surprises.

We believe families deserve clarity before they commit. Here's how care with Devine is paid for, what's covered where, and how we walk every family through the options before any care begins.

Three paths, no surprises.

Most of our clients pay for care through one of three channels — sometimes in combination. We'll help you understand what's possible for your situation before the first visit.

A note about Medicare

Medicare coverage for home care is narrow and specific — typically limited to short-term skilled nursing or therapy following a hospital stay, ordered by a physician. It does not cover most long-term personal care or companionship needs. During your consultation, we'll help you understand exactly what your Medicare plan does and doesn't cover, and what alternatives make sense.

Pricing you can plan around.

Healthcare billing has earned its reputation for being opaque and unpredictable. That's not what we do. Here are the principles we operate by — not because they're required, but because they're right.

  • Free initial consultation & assessment

There is no charge for your first conversation with us, or for the in-home assessment that follows. We only bill once care begins — and only after you've approved the plan.

  • Rates on paper, always

Every family receives a written rate sheet before any service is scheduled. Hourly, daily, and live-in rates are all spelled out clearly, including any weekend, overnight, or holiday differentials.

  • No minimum contracts

You can scale care up, down, or pause at any time. We'll never hold you to a long-term commitment beyond the week in front of us.

  • Itemized invoicing

Every invoice shows exactly who provided care, when, and for how long. If something doesn't look right, we'll walk through it with you line by line.

  • We'll help you navigate coverage

LTC insurance, Medicaid, VA benefits, waiver programs — this is a maze. Our team has guided hundreds of families through it, and we'll help you figure out every dollar you're entitled to.

Questions families ask before committing.

Cost and coverage are often the most confusing part of beginning care. If your question isn't here, call us — we'll walk you through it honestly.

Talk with our billing team
  • What does home care typically cost?
Rates depend on the type of care (skilled nursing vs. non-skilled), the hours needed, and the schedule. Personal-care hourly rates in the Tulsa market generally run in a lower range than skilled nursing. We'll provide specific written rates for your situation during your consultation — no estimate, no guessing.
  • Does Medicare pay for home care?
Medicare covers limited home health services — typically short-term skilled nursing or rehab therapy following a hospital stay, ordered by a physician. It generally does not cover long-term personal care, companionship, or custodial care. If your situation qualifies under Medicare, we'll help you access those benefits; if not, we'll lay out your other options clearly.
  • How does long-term care insurance work?
If you or your loved one has an LTC policy, we'll verify benefits at no cost, confirm what the policy covers (home care is typically included), and help you through any elimination period. Once approved, we can bill your insurance carrier directly so you don't have to front the costs.
  • What is the ADvantage Waiver Program?
Oklahoma's ADvantage Waiver is a Medicaid program that helps eligible older adults and adults with physical disabilities receive in-home care instead of moving to a nursing facility. Eligibility involves both financial and functional criteria. Our team can walk you through the application process if you think you or your loved one may qualify.
  • Do you offer any VA benefits?
We're able to coordinate with veterans' benefits programs, including VA Aid & Attendance, for eligible veterans and surviving spouses. Contact us to discuss your situation — we've helped many Tulsa families navigate VA benefits for home care.
  • When do I pay?
For private pay, we typically invoice weekly or bi-weekly depending on your preference. For insurance or Medicaid, we bill the payer directly and you're only responsible for any co-pay or balance after adjudication. We never ask for payment before care is delivered.
